Narrator: This is Joe. Today was his birthday and he was lucky enough to be given £100 from his family. Trouble is, he doesn’t know what to do with his money.
DJ Girl: 100 quid! How cool is that! He’s usually skint. He can get that mp3 player he’s been banging on about.
Skater Boy: Whoa, hold your horses. Maybe he should wait a while. Chill out. Why rush things?
DJ Girl: Oh yeah right. Hasn’t he waited long enough? Anyway what’s he going to do with the money, sit and stare at it for weeks on end? It’s not doing anything sitting in his pocket.
Skater Boy: Well, if he waited he might get a better mp3 player in the sales. He could even open a bank account. You don’t need to be loaded to get one. You just stick the money in there and earn a bit of interest. Watch out, he’s waking up!
Joe: But I don’t know anything about bank accounts.
