Keeping on track – taking advice

Your final presentation will need to convince your financial backers. Part of your presentation will be PowerPoint slides; the whole team should play a part in preparing and making your presentation.

The following documents will form the basis of your presentation:

• Project Manager’s checklist
• Finance Officer’s costings sheet
• Catering Manager’s menu costings sheet
• Marketing Manager’s marketing planner, celebrity letter and designs

Before you begin planning your final presentation talk through your ideas and costings with your teacher or the bank partner. They may be able to recommend that you try something differently to help you in the final presentation. Book a slot for your presentation.

The Project Manager should call a company meeting to discuss who will present which parts and how the presentation will be structured.
